AIHP-scaling fighter
HP% accessories, HP%, Crit Rate, Crit DMG substats. His damage scales on HP: the 2-piece gives +30% HP and extra True DMG on each Basic ATK based on Max HP. During his Ultimate each target hit grants a shield worth 2% Max HP, which quickly stacks the 3-piece (+4% DMG per shield received) and triggers the artifact (+35% DMG while shielded). A useful mid-game epic, rarely kept at end game.
Suggested by AI from the hero's skills and the game's gear bonuses, not tested in game.
