AIBurst healer
ATK% accessories, ATK%, Healing Effect, HP% substats. Her talent gives +80% to the next heal after 6 sec without healing, so ATK Spd matters little: take the 2-piece Healing Effect and Rage Regen to cast her Ultimate more often (140% group heal and Inspiration for the 3 strongest allies). The Rage artifact comes first; the other boosts her big heals on allies under 40%.
Suggested by AI from the hero's skills and the game's gear bonuses, not tested in game.
